When Portland cement hydrates, it produces Calcium Hydroxide which we generally know as Free lime in significant quantity. When this new product is mixed into concrete, it reacts and forms a strong link with the free lime to generate Calcium Silicate Hydrate Gel, the strongest and most lasting concrete paste.
It fills the voids within the concrete which results in improved strength and durability wherever it is used.
The bi-modal distribution of ultra tiny flyash particles improves efficiency by ensuring an even particle dispersion rather than a single sized particle. This distinguishing property enables the product to efficiently fill the vacant spaces between fine aggregates and cementitious components, resulting in an optimum fine filler effect.
Because ultrafine flyash particles are mostly spherical in form, they operate as a’solid-particulate’ plasticizer in concrete/cement bonded mixtures. As a result, workability improves and water demand decreases wherever you use this product.
